Information leaflets are provided to all Aberdeenshire school pupils and parents. These can also be found by following the link below.
Buying Dinner Tickets
You can purchase tickets by providing your child with the money in a sealed envelope with clear instructions about number of tickets to be purchased along with your child’s name and class. Older children can purchase tickets at 8:50am to 9:00am every morning from the school kitchen. At the time of purchase we encourage all children to write their name and class on their dinner tickets.
Should a child forget his/her dinner money, they will still receive a school dinner, and you will be contacted regarding payment.
Please make cheques payable to Aberdeenshire Council.
Children who require Medically Prescribed or Modified Diets, with parental/guardian assistance, should be identified during the admission process. Procedures are set in motion to accommodate these diets. More information can be obtained from the school administration office.
Where children bring a packed lunch to school, parents are responsible for ensuring that lunch box contents are stored at the correct temperature, by including an ice pack where necessary.
Water is provided for the children to drink with their meal. Milk and fruit juice can be purchased from our Healthy Tuck Shop at playtime or you can provide a non fizzy drink from home should your child not wish to drink water.
A tuck shop is available at playtimes where healthy food and drinks are available from the kitchen and the Primary 7 Zone Leaders. “Playpieces” can be brought in from home however we request that you provide healthy options in line with Health Promoting Schools.
